Mr. Demuth joined WCRM in 2010, after nearly 20 years with his own firm. As an employee of WCRM, he applied his extensive experience in extractive resource environmental compliance projects to mining, oil and gas exploration projects, and alternative energy development projects.

  • Lake Powell Pipeline Project.

    For Stantec Consulting Services Inc., Mr. Demuth was responsible for co-writing and technical editing the cultural resource historic properties treatment plan for the AZ & UT portions of the proposed Lake Powell Pipeline Project for the USDI BLM.

  • Long Canyon Mine Project.

    Mr. Demuth as Program Manager was responsible for co-writing and technical editing the cultural resource indirect effects treatment plan for the Phase I Long Canyon Project for Newmont Mining and the USDI BLM.

  • Round Mountain Mine Project.

    Mr. Demuth as Program Manager was responsible for co-writing and technical editing the Class I cultural resources inventory and effects analysis for the Phase W Project for Round Mountain Gold Company and the and the USDI BLM.

  • Reno Spaghetti Bowl Project.

    For CH2MHill and the Nevada Department of Transportation, Mr. Demuth as Program Manager completed multiple architectural inventories of the I-80/I-580/US 395 System to System Interchange Reconstruction (Reno Spaghetti Bowl) within the APE for the FHWA and NDOT.

  • Virginia Street Bridge Proejct.

    Mr. Demuth as Program Manager provided consultation on the NEPA process for replacement of the Virginia Street Bridge (VSB) to meet public safety standards. Project elements include the architectural inventory of the 7 historic structures within the APE for the FHWA and U.S. Army Corp of Engineers related to necessary NEPA documentation (Cat/Ex), an effects analysis recommendations report, the Historic Property Treatment Plan (including a discovery plan), the Section 4(f) Documentation, implementation of the treatment/mitigation, and construction monitoring.
