VSB Project, Reno, Nevada.

For the Reno Public Works Department, Mr. Demuth as Program Manager provided consultation on the NEPA process for replacement of the Virginia Street Bridge (VSB) to meet public safety standards (see galleries for more). Project elements include the architectural inventory of the 7 historic structures within the APE for the FHWA and U.S. Army Corp of Engineers related to necessary NEPA documentation (Cat/Ex), an effects analysis recommendations report, the Historic Property Treatment Plan (including a discovery plan), the Section 4(f) Documentation, implementation of the treatment/mitigation, and construction monitoring for bridge replacement for Jacobs Engineering and JBR Environmental Consultants.
